Speak to the on-duty Swim Director before you start.

We recommend wearing a tow float plus a wet suit for extra safety.

We recommend only doing the short lap first while you gain  your confidence

Don't push yourself beyond your limits.

Take your time to acclimatise to the temperature before swimming into deeper water.

SWIM DISTANCE

The short lap is 250m and a full circuit is 500m.

We recommend new swimmers start with the short lap
